摘要
针对中国石油兰州石化公司30万t/a聚丙烯装置生产的聚丙烯(牌号为SP 179)的气味浓烈问题,提出了一系列控制气味的措施。结果表明:通过脱除原料中杂质,选用长效Ziegler-Natta催化剂,调整双环管反应器工艺参数,脱除聚丙烯产品中低相对分子质量物质,控制汽蒸系统和干燥系统运行条件等措施,可使SP 179的气味等级由原来的4.0~5.0级降至2.5~3.0级,满足了车用内饰件的要求。
In view of the strong odor of polypropyl- ene (SP 179) produced by 300 kt/a polypropylene plant of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, PetroChi- na, a series of measures to control odor were put for- ward. The results showed that after taking several measures, including removing impurities of raw ma- terials,selecting long- acting Ziegler- Natta cata- lyst, adjusting process parameters of dual - loop reactor, removing lower relative molecular mass com- pounds of polypropylene products, controlling process conditions of steam and drying system, etc, the odor level of SP 179 decreased from original 4.0 - 5.0 to 2.5 - 3. O, reaching the requirement of interior parts for vehicles.
