气相色谱十通阀切换-反吹法测定石脑油中微量MTBE含量

摘要 采用气相色谱十通阀切换-反吹法,测定了石脑油中微量甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)的含量,并用外标法进行定量分析。结果表明:在升温速率为10℃/min,温度为240℃,阀切换时间为4.4 min的最佳条件下,该方法线性准确性可达0.999 3,检测下限为0.8μg/g,相对标准偏差小于4%,样品加标回收率为95.8%~103.4%。 The trace methyl tert butyl ether (MTBE) content of naphtha was determined by gas chromatography ten - valve switching - backflush technology and quantitative analysis was conducted by external standard method. The results showed that under the optimum conditions of heating rate 10℃/min, temperature 240 ℃, valve switching time4.4 min, the linear accuracy reached O. 999 3, lower limit of detection O. 8 μg/g,the relative standard de- viation was less than 4% ,and the sample added re- covery was 95.8% - 103.4%.
