黄芩素对糖尿病周围神经病变保护作用机制研究进展 被引量:24

摘要 糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一,也是糖尿病患者致残、致死的主要原因。黄芩素具有抗炎、抗变态反应、抗氧化应激、抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗血栓形成和保护肝、心脑血管、神经元等多种生物学作用。黄芩素对糖尿病周围神经病变有一定的防治作用,本文对黄芩素防治糖尿病周围神经病变的作用机制作一综述。 Diabetic peripheral neuropathy( DPN) is one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes,and is also the main cause of diabetic disability. Presently,there are more and more people suffering from DPN,so it is of great significance to further explore the pathogenesis and develop new drugs for the treatment of DPN. Baicalein has many biological functions, such as anti-inflammation, anti-allergy,anti-oxidative stress,anti-tumor,anti-bacteria,anti-thrombosis and protection of liver,heart and brain,neurons and so on. Previous studies have shown that baicalein has some preventive and therapeutic effects on DPN. Thus,this article makes a review of the achievements on protective mechanism studies of baicalein on DPN.
