摘要
在大跨度连续桥梁施工中,预应力混凝土梁的预应力损失必不可少。针对摩阻损失,介绍了管道摩阻损失试验的原理和方法,由规范给定的公式,应用最小二乘法原理,推导得出摩阻系数μ和管道偏差系数k的计算公式。结合实际桥梁工程,进行管道摩阻试验的现场测试,得出实际的管道摩阻系数,然后与设计值进行比较,分析测试方法的合理性和测试结果的可靠性,为施工的监控给予一定的参考。
The prestress loss of prestressed eoncrele beams is indispensable in the construction of large span continuous Bridges. For friction loss, this paper introduces the friction loss test principle and method of pipeline by the formula given by speeifieation, the basis of the prineiple of least square method, derived ffietion coefficient calculation formula of μ and pipe deviation coefficient k. Combined with the actual bridge project, fieht test of pipe fiiction experiment, it is concluded that the actual pipeline frietion coefficient, and then compared with the designed value, the rationality of analysis method and the reliability of test results, offer certain reference for the construction monitoring.
