固相萃取气质联用法测定饮用水水源中四乙基铅方法优化 被引量:3

摘要 建立了固相萃取—GC/MS测定饮用水水源地II级保护区地表水中四乙基铅的方法,对样品预处理的固相萃取条件进行了优化。研究结果显示,使用LC-C18萃取柱,二氯甲烷为解吸溶液,经过2次洗脱后,样品进GC-MS可获得最佳方法检出限,检出限为0.003μg/L,测定下限为0.012μg/L。在标准曲线范围内,对低、中、高不同浓度的四乙基铅重复测定6次,低、中、高浓度的标准偏差分别为10.6%,6.3%,2.8%,水库样品加标回收率91.5%~101.3%,水源地样品加标回收率93.0%~102.2%。 A Solid phase extraction (SPE) GC-MS method was established in determination of teraethyl lead in surface ground water from Grade II drinking water protection area. SPE sample-pretreatment conditions had been optimized. Experimental results showed that the optimum method determination had been obtained by using LC- C18 SPE column and twice dichloromethane elution,limit of detection of the method was 0.003 p,g/L and limit of quantitative was 0.012 μg/L. Three different teraethyl lead concentrations which were at the range of standard curve had been determined 6 times repeatedly. The RSD of low, middle and high concentration was 10.6%, 6.3% and 2.8% respectively. The recoveries of teraethyl lead in reservoir water were at range of 91.5%-101.3%, and water from drink-water-resource is of 93.0%-102.2%.
