摘要
文章介绍了蔗汁弱碱性亚硫酸法澄清技术的作用原理、工艺流程及参数,并分析了其于2014/2015年榨季在广西糖厂的应用情况。实践表明,在弱碱性条件下对混合汁进行亚硫酸法澄清处理,清净效率为16.11%,提高了5.88个百分点,清混汁纯度差为2.02AP,提高了0.66AP;清汁色值为1384IU,降低了5.04%;糖厂榨季增收758.1万元,经济效益显著,具有广阔应用前景。
working mechanism,technological process and parameters of weak alkaline sulfite clarification technology for mixed juice were introduced,and its application in a sugar mill during 2014/2015 season was introduced in detail. The clarification efficiency, apparent purity difference between clear juice and mixed juice were 16.11% and 2.02 AP,increased by 5.88 percent and 0.66 AP,respectively;the clear juice color was 1384 IU,decreased by 5.04%,the sale income was increased by 7.581 million Yuan per milling season, so it has significant economic benefit and broad application prospect.
