摘要
"碎片化"是大数据时代的必然产物。海量的信息资源、媒体技术的空前发展和现代人忙碌而又被割裂的时间是成人碎片化学习的原因。后现代主义学习理论引领下的成人碎片化学习具有"解构性"、"建构性"、"非线性"和"自组织"等特性。成人碎片化学习不仅具有时间、空间和内容上的优势,更具有提高国民识字率和阅读率的优势。但是,由于碎片化知识缺乏系统性、信息量庞大且参差不齐,因而增加了成人学习者的筛选难度,也可能会误导成人学习者。因此,要净化网络环境,优化网络资源,同时也要提高成人学习者自身的甄别能力和学习能力。
Fragmentation is the inevitable outcome in the era of big data. The vast amount of information resources, the unprecedented development of media technology and modern people busy and fragmented time is the reason for aduh fragmented learning. The adult fragmentation learning under the guidance of the theory of postmodernism has the characteristics of "Deconstruction", "construction", "nonlinearity" and "self-organization".
