摘要
采用搅拌铸造法制备碳纳米管镁基复合材料CNTs/AZ91,测试复合材料在铸态T4态和T6态的力学性能,并对材料的微观组织进行观察和分析。研究了碳纳米管的加入对复合材料力学性能的影响规律以及材料本身成分的影响,特别是铝含量对复合材料力学性能的影响,从而为生产及科研提供了参考。
Magnesium matrix composite by carbon nanotubes CNTs/AZ91 was prepared by stirring casting method. The composite mechanical property was tested in cast condition of T4 and T6, and composite microstructure was observed and analyzed. The influence of carbon nanotubes on composite mechanical property and composite material was studied, especially for the influence of aluminum content on composite mechanical property, which provided a reference for the production and scientific research.
