非开挖定向钻进施工钻进液配比优化控制分析

摘要 结合同集路提升改造工程标段二污水工程试验段施工完成后出现的路面开裂、下沉现象,阐述非开挖水平定向钻进技术运用在市政污水管道工程中如何防止上述问题的出现。在非开挖水平定向钻进施工中扩孔这个环节,为方便回拉施工,孔径一般比管径大12cm^30cm,最终导致路面存在开裂、下沉隐患,通过钻进液的合理选择,可有效填充间隙避免路面开裂、下沉。 In light of the pavement cracking and sinking phenomena occurring after construction of the Sewage Engineering Test Section of Lot II of Tong Ji Rd Upgrading and Rebuilding Project,this paper explains how to use the trenchless horizontal directional drilling technology to prevent these problems in municipal sewage pipeline projects.In order to facilitate the pull-back of construction,the borehole diameter is generally made12cm^30cm larger than the pipe diameter in the process of borehole expansion of the trenchless horizontal directional drilling,which leads to such risks as sinking and cracking.Reasonable selection of drilling fluid and effective gap filling can avoid pavement cracking and subsidence.
