摘要
对于运动员而言,公平竞争往往在很大程度上决定着运动员的运动生涯和运动轨迹;充分的权利救济能够最大限度地弥补或衡平运动员的相关损害。可见,运动员公平竞争权和救济权的法律保护并不是无关紧要的。本文着重在对运动员应然权利、法定权利和实然权利的基础之上,对运动员公平竞争权和救济权的法律保护进行了阐述和分析,旨在构建起保护运动员权利的法网体系。
For athletes,fair competition often determines their athletic career and athletic track to a large extent. Efficient right relief can make up or balance athletes' damages to the maximum extent. So,the legal protection for athlete's rights of fair competition and relief is not insignificant. This article,focusing on the athlete's natural rights,legal rights and real rights,discusses the legal protection of athlete's rights of fair competition and relief,hoping to build a legal system to protect athlete's rights.
