摘要
目的:探讨合并不同类型结核病的艾滋病患者与CD4^+T细胞、结核试验检查的相关性。方法:选自我院收治的结核病合并艾滋病127例(观察组);另选自我院收治的非结核呼吸系统患者50例(对照组)。采用T.spotTB试验和TST试验检查结核病阳性率,采用流式细胞仪测定CD4^+T淋巴细胞水平。结果:观察组T.spotTB试验和TST试验阳性率高于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组CD4^+T淋巴细胞水平0~100/mm^3明显高于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);不同类型结核病合并艾滋病T.spotTB试验和TST试验阳性率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);不同类型结核病合并艾滋病CD4^+T淋巴细胞水平表现比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);CD4^+T淋巴细胞水平100~200/mm^3和>200/mm^3与T.spotTB试验阳性和TST试验阳性呈负相关,而CD4^+T淋巴细胞水平0~100/mm^3与T.spotTB试验阳性和TST试验阳性呈正相关。结论:合并不同类型结核病的艾滋病患者CD4^+T细胞低水平与T.spotTB试验阳性和TST试验阳性呈正相关。
Objective:To investigate the correlation of CD4^+T cell and tuberculosis test in AIDS patients with different types of tuberculosis.Methods:Selected from our hospital in June 2017 June 2014 to 127 cases of AIDS complicated with tuberculosis(observation group);50 cases of non tuberculosis in another self admitted during the period of June 2014 to June 2017 of respiratory patients(control group).The positive rate of TB was examined by T.spotTB test and TST test,and the level of CD4^+T lymphocyte was measured by flow cytometry.Results:the positive rate of the observed group T.spotTB test and TST test was higher than the control group(P<0.05);observation group CD4^+T lymphocyte level of 0~100/mm^3 was significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05);different types of tuberculosis with AIDS T.spotTB test showed no statistical difference between the test and the positive rate of TST test(P>0.05);comparison no statistically significant differences between the different types of tuberculosis with HIV CD4^+T lymphocyte level(P>0.05);the levels of 100~200/mm^3 and >200/mm^3 CD4^+T lymphocytes and T.spotTB test positive and TST positive test was negatively correlated,while the levels of CD4^+T lymphocyte 0~100/mm^3 and positive T.spotTB test and TST test were positively correlated.Conclusion:the lower level of CD4^+T cells in AIDS patients with different types of tuberculosis is positively related to the positive of T.spotTB test and the positive of TST test.
