摘要
辽宁农业职业技术学院"二元三体系"人才培养模式,着眼于园林行业企业人才需求标准,立足高职园林专业群,利用好学校和企业二元育人主阵地,"课程体系""项目体系"和"企业实践体系"三体系进行人才培养。实践结果表明,高职园林专业群"二元三体系"人才培养模式能有效激发学生学习能动性,全面提升学生专业能力、职业能力和综合素质。
The talent cultivation mode of "binary three system" of Liaoning Agricultural College is to meet the talent standard of landscape industries and enterprises. Based on higher vocational major group, the talent training mode makes good use of the binary education of schools and enterprises, and the three systems of curriculum, project and enterprise practice to train talents. The practice results show that the "binary three system" talent cultivation mode can effectively stimulate students' learning initiative, and improve students' comprehensive ability, professional ability and comprehensive qualities.
