摘要
国内某核电站主泵的主联接螺栓在役前检查磁粉检测探伤出缺陷,从对螺栓解剖制样、金相观察分析与硬度测量、化学成分、力学性能试验至断裂力学计算并结合有限元分析几方面进行论述,抽取同批中没有缺陷的主螺栓模拟真实的预紧安装后并再次探伤以验证论述是否受预紧力影响,综合分析得出主螺栓的质量结论。
Based on the pre-service crack detection of the main joint bolts of a nuclear power plant reactor coolant pump by means of magnetic particles, the authors highlight the discussion in the way of sample cut and preparation, SEM investigation on the surface indications,micrographic investigation (polished and etched), micro section SEM investigation, hardness pro? le in the threads, chemical analysis, mechanical sample preparation and testing, fracture mechanics calculation and ? nite element analysis. Simulate the actual pre-tightening installation with selected good joint bolts of the same batch and make crack detection again to verify whether the pre-tightening force had impact. The ? nal quality conclusion about the main bolts was reached through comprehensive analysis.
