摘要
近几年来社会对酒店业的发展越来越重视。作为第三产业的领军行业,传统酒店行业迎来了转型变革的热潮,酒店业的市场竞争也愈发激烈,在这样一个背景下,归根结底是人才的竞争。如何为新兴的酒店产业提供高素质的人力资源,是摆在学校与企业面前的一道难题。产学结合的人才培养模式充分利用了高校和酒店企业两种不同的教育环境和教育资源,将课堂教学与学生参加实际工作有机结合在一起。
As the leading industry of the third industry, hotel business is facing more tense competition and has an urgent need to reform. Under this background, professionals are the key to success in the competition. How to cultivate professional staff for hotel industry is the tough issue to be addressed by educational institutes and enterprises. Based on personal work experience and teaching theories, the present study proposes industry-study combination for hotel administration major education. It also explores the possibility of multi-pathway for this model of practice. Industry-study combination makes best use of both educational environment and resources in higher education institutes and enterprises because this model of education combines classroom teaching with students’ practical work effectively.
