摘要
电厂锅炉运行过程中,水作为不可或缺的重要介质,以其作为传热介质,实现热量的传输和动力的传递。因此水质好坏会直接关系到电厂工业锅炉运行的安全。这就需要在电厂锅炉运行过程中,要定期对水质进行化验,以此来全面提高锅炉水质的安全,确保锅炉具有较好的传热效率,保持着安全、稳定和高效的运行。文中从电厂锅炉水质分类入手,介绍电厂锅炉水质化验的意义,分析了电厂锅炉水质常规化验方法,并进一步对影响锅炉水化验质量的因素及质量控制措施进行了具体的阐述。
In the operation of power plant boiler, water as an indispensable medium is used as heat transfer medium to realize heat transfer and power transfer. Therefore, the quality of water quality is directly related to the safety of power plant industrial boiler operation. In order to improve the safety of boiler water quality and ensure the boiler has better heat transfer efficiency, it is neces-sary to test the water quality regularly during the operation of power plant boiler, and to maintain the safe, stable and efficient oper-ation. Starting with the classification of boiler water quality in power plant, this paper introduces the significance of boiler water qual-ity test in power plant, and analyses the conventional test methods of boiler water quality in power plants. Furthermore, the factors af-fecting the quality of boiler water test and the quality control measures are expounded in detail.
