摘要
以山东庙岛为研究区,根据自下而上的存量分析体系构建基础设施物质存量计算模型,利用遥感影像提取技术等方法获取相关数据,定量研究海岛基础设施物质存量构成及其于2011—2016年的变化情况,并通过IPAT模型分析存量变化的主要人文驱动力因素。结果表明,庙岛基础设施物质现存量约为292.5kt,集中于以水产养殖场和加工厂为主的生产性建筑中,主要材料为碎石、石材、砖块、沙子和水泥;5年内基础设施物质存量共增加62kt,89.7%用于兴建水产养殖和加工业相关的建筑及港口基础设施;人均生产总值的增加是导致基础设施物质存量增加的主要人文驱动力因素。由此建议在山东庙岛发展过程中,可以通过优化海岛产业结构、积极开发利用岛内现有资源、合理回收利用建材等途径,以更好地推动海岛资源的可持续利用管理与环境保护。
Taking the Miao Island in Shandong province as the research area to construct the calculation model of the material stock of the infrastructure,obtaining the relevant data by using remote sensing image extraction technology and other methods,this study makes a quantitative research on the material stock of island infrastructures and its change pattern from2011 to 2016,and analyzes the main humanistic driving forces of stock change through IPA model according to the bottomup inventory analysis system.The result shows that the material stock of the infrastructures on the Miao Island is 292.5kt,concentrated in the productive buildings,mainly in aquaculture and processing plants,and the major building materials are gravel,stone,brick,sand and cement;the material stock of the infrastructures has increased to 62kt during the 5 years,among which 89.7%are used to build aquaculture and the construction related to processing industry and the port infrastructure.The study also finds that the increase in per capita GDP is the main cultural driving factors to lead to an increase in the amount of material in the infrastructure.Based on the analysis above,it is suggested that during the development of the Miao Island,it could be better to promote the sustainable utilization management and environmental protection of island resources by optimizing the industry structure,actively developing and utilizing existing resources on the island,and rationally recycling and utilizing materials.
