摘要
将新鲜柚子皮打磨成浆,将其作为水基泥浆添加剂,采用TGA-DSC、紫外光谱、激光粒度等手段对其进行表征。考察了鲜柚子皮浆作为水基泥浆添加剂的耐温性、配伍性及对水化膨胀的抑制性。实验结果表明,鲜柚子皮浆对水基泥浆具有一定的降滤失作用,耐温性可达到170℃以内;鲜柚子皮浆与PAM的配伍性略差于与改性淀粉的配伍性;鲜柚子皮浆对膨润土的水化膨胀有一定的抑制作用。激光粒度分析表明,鲜柚子皮浆可以显著增强对泥浆中的黏土的絮凝作用。
Fresh shaddock peel was polished into a pulp, which was used as the water-based drilling fluid additives. The shaddock peel was characterized by TGA and DSC thermal analyzer, ultraviolet spectrometer, laser granulometer. The temperature resistance, inhibitive ability and compatibility were investigated applied fresh shaddock peel pulp as drilling fluid additives for water-based drilling fluid in room temperature. The results showed that fresh shaddock peel pulp for water-based drilling fluids had some fluid loss effect, and temperature resistance was less than 170℃. The compatibility with PAM was slightly worse than that of modified starch, and fresh shaddock peel had lots of inhibitive ability to bentonite in certain extent. Laser particle size analysis showed that fresh grapefruit peel slurry could significantly enhance the flocculation of drilling in clay.
