同伴教育模式在泌尿外科临床实习带教中的应用及效果分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究同伴教育模式在泌尿外科临床实习带教中的应用效果,探索提高临床实习效果的方法。方法选择于我院泌尿外科轮转的五年制临床医学专业实习医师60例,均需参加该年度研究生入学考试,随机分为对照组及观察组,分别有30例,对照组接受常规临床实习带教,观察组接受同伴教育模式带教,于实习结束后采用SCL-90量表评估精神心理状态、Beck压力量表评估压力状况并进行实习考核评分并比较。结果对照组强迫、焦虑、抑郁三项评分较观察组有显著性升高(P<0.05);观察组经济压力评分较对照组未见显著统计学差异(P>0.05),学习压力、人际关系、临床实践较对照组均有显著性下降(P<0.05);观察组理论考核、操作考核及教师考评评分较对照组均有明显升高(P<0.05)。结论采用同伴教育可有效缓解实习医师不良精神心理状态,提高应对压力能力及临床实习效果,为缓解目前重考研、轻实习现状提供了一个新的途径。 Objective To study efficacy of peer education in clinical teaching in the department of urology and explore the way to improve clinical practice effect. Methods 60 interns required to participate in the annual graduate entrance examination of 5-year program in department of urology were enrolled and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, there were 30 cases respective- ly. The control group received routine clinical practice teaching, the observation group received peer education mode of teaching, at the end mental state was evaluated using SCL-90 scale, pressure was assessed using Beck pressure gauges, practice examination score were evaluated and compared be- tween the two groups. Results Obsessive-compulsive, anxiety and depression in the control group were significantly higher than the observation group (P〈0. 05) ; economic pressure Score in the ohservation group showed no significant difference compared with the control group (P〉0. 05), learn- ing pressure, interpersonal relationship, clinical practice were significantly decreased compared to the control group (P〈0.05) ; theory and clinical practice assessment, supervisor assessment were signifi- cantly higher in the observation group than the control group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Peer education can effectively alleviate adverse mental state, improve the effect of coping ability and clinical practice in the interns, providing a new way to balance clinical rotation and examination preparation.
