摘要
采用DEFORM-3D有限元软件分析了两孔、三孔及四孔模具静液挤压镁合金棒材的过程。通过MSC.MARC软件对多孔模具的刚强度进行分析。在此基础上,进一步分析了四孔模具的结构设计对成形的影响。结合正交试验方法分析模孔位置、模具类型、定径带长度及模具温度对挤压力和出口流速均匀性的影响。选择较优的结构设计方案实现多孔模具棒材的成形过程分析。
The hydrostatic extrusion process of magnesium alloy bars with two hole, three hole and four hole die was analyzed by DEFORM-3D finite element software. The stiffness and strength of the porous die were analyzed through the MSC. MARC soft- ware. On this basis, the influence of the structure design of the four hole die on the forming process was analyzed. Combined with orthogonal test, the influence of the location of die hole, die type, calibrating strap lengths and die temperature on the extrusion force and the uniformity of flow velocity of the outlet were analyzed. The selection of a better structure design method to realize the forming of the porous die bar was analyzed.
