摘要
研究了阿普唑仑的荷移反应,确定形成电荷转移配合物的最佳反应条件。采用分光光度法测定阿普唑仑的含量,在乙醇溶液中,阿普唑仑与荷移试剂酚酞在30℃下反应40 min,形成荷转移配合物。该荷转移配合物最大吸收波长为226 nm,线性方程为y=0.371 3x-0.002 1,相关系数R=0.999 5,相对标准偏差为1.68%,检测溶液在24 h内稳定,与药典的紫外吸收方法的测定结果一致。
In order to elucidate the effect of Alprazolam on the charge transfer reaction and confirm the optimum reaction conditions for the formation of charge transfer complex,aspectrophotometric method for determination of the content of Alprazolam was described.Alprazolam reacts with the charge transfer reagent phenolphthalein to form complex in 30 ℃ for 40 min in alcohol solution with maximum absorption at 226 nm.The linear equation was y = 0.371 3x-0.002 1 with relative coefficient 0.999 5,and relative standard deviation was 1.68%.The solution was stabled during 24 h,and the method was accurate and has been used in the determination of Alprazolam in tablets.The results were in good agreement with those of ultraviolet absorption method in Pharmacopoeia.
