摘要
以Na2CO3、V2O5、H3BO3和Y2O3为原料,采用高温固相反应法制备了一系列新型荧光材料Na(3-X)VO2B6O(11)∶x Y^(3+)(x=0.03,0.04,0.05)。利用XRD、SEM和970CRT荧光分光光度计对所制备荧光粉的结构、形貌及发光性能进行了研究,并研究了Y^(3+)离子掺杂量对Na(3-X)VO2B6O(11)∶x Y^(3+)荧光粉荧光强度的影响。研究结果表明:以260 nm为激发波长,测得该荧光粉的发射光谱中发射峰主要位于594、620、653和700 nm处,并且该荧光粉在暗箱式紫外光谱仪照射下呈现出红色;Y^(3+)离子掺杂浓度的研究结果表明,Na(3-X)VO2B6O(11)∶x Y^(3+)荧光粉中Y^(3+)离子的最好掺杂浓度为x=0.4。
PolycrystaUine powder samples of Na3-xVO2B6O11: xY3+ (x=0.03, 0.04, 0.05) were synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction of a stoichiometric mixture of Na2CO3, V205, H3BO3 and Y2O3 powders. The phase, surface topography and luminescence properties of Na3-xVOEB6O11: xY3+ were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Fluorescence spectrophotometer. The results showed that this phosphor can be effectively excited by 260 nm and exhibit bright red emission with the emission peaks located at 594 nm, 620 nm. 653 nm and 700 rim, respectively. Investigation of y3. content dependent emission spectra indicates that x=0.04 is the optimum doping content of y3+ ions in the NaaVO2B6O11 host.
