陶瓷渗透墨水用异辛酸铁的合成及墨水性能研究 被引量:3

Synthesis of Iron(Ⅲ) 2-ethylhexanoate and Performance Analysis of Soluble Ceramic Inks

摘要 利用复分解反应合成陶瓷渗透墨水用异辛酸铁,考察了合成工艺条件对产物收率的影响,结果表明:异辛酸钠与硝酸铁的反应摩尔比为5.7∶1,异辛酸钠溶液的p H为6.9~7.0,复分解的反应温度为70℃,复分解反应时间为30 min时可得到最佳的铁转化率。将合成的异辛酸铁配制成喷墨打印用红棕色渗透墨水,发现当墨水中异辛酸铁的浓度在50%左右时,其上机性能良好;墨水喷打在陶瓷釉面上,对其在釉中的呈色表现进行初步探讨,发现添加在釉中的助色剂为多孔二氧化硅且有大的比表面积时,有助于渗透墨水在釉面上呈现红棕色调。 Different factors that have a great influence on reactive synthesis of iron(Ⅲ) 2-ethylhexanoate were investigated, the results showed that when the molar ratio of sodium 2-ethylhexanoate to iron(III) nitrate is 5.7 : 1, pH value of the sodium 2-ethylhexanoate solution is about 7, temperature and time of metathesis reaction is 70 and 30min, respectively, optimized synthesis rate of iron(Ⅲ) 2-ethylhexanoate can be yielded. When the concentration of iron(Ⅲ) 2-ethylhexanoate in the red brown soluble ink is about 50%, the ink sample performances tested by the ceramic ink-jet printer are excellent. Then the soluble ink composed of iron(Ⅲ) 2-ethylhexanoate was jetted on the surface of ceramic glaze to make a preliminary discussion on its coloration performance, it showed that porous silica gel particles with large specific surface area contributes to color performance of the red brown soluble ink in ceramic glaze.
