摘要
为增强学生在园林行业不同岗位的实践技能,校企合作下现代学徒制成为创新人才培养模式最有效途径之一。本文基于园林专业建设现状以及存在的问题,从校企合作途径、制定培养方案、组织教学与管理、建设"双师"队伍、构建课程及考核与评价体系等方面探索现代学徒制人才培养模式。
In order to enhance the students＇ practical skills in different positions in the garden industry, the modern apprenticeship system based on school- enterprise cooperation become one of the most effective ways for the training of innovative talents.In this paper, based on the current situation and existing problems of garden specialty construction,the modern apprenticeship training mode was explored from ways of school-enterprise cooperation, formulation of training programs, organization of teaching and management, construction of ＂double teachers＂team, building curriculum, assessment and evaluation system.
