摘要
通过下吹膜法制备三元聚丙烯(PP)薄膜材料,系统分析芥酸酰胺对其综合性能的影响。结果表明,随着芥酸酰胺含量逐渐增加,三元PP薄膜材料的摩擦性能、光学及力学性能均呈现不同程度变化。当不加芥酸酰胺时,三元PP薄膜材料综合性能较差;而随着芥酸酰胺含量逐渐增加至0.1%时,三元PP薄膜材料的静及动摩擦因数较小,分别为0.29、0.26,摩擦性能较佳,光泽度高及杨氏模量较大,分别为117.2、103.98 MPa,光学及力学性能较理想。这表明通过调控芥酸酰胺含量,有利于改善三元PP薄膜材料综合性能。
Ternary polypropylene (PP) membrane materials was prepared by blown film method, and the effects of erucic acid amide on its properties were analyzed systematically. The results show that the friction, optics and mechanical properties of the ternary PP membrane material vary with different erucic acid amide contents. The comprehensive performance of the ternary PP membrane material with no erncic acid amide is poor. And as the erucie acid amide content gradually increases to 0. 1%, the static and dynamic friction coefficient of the ternary PP membrane material is lower as 0. 29 and 0. 26 respectively; the friction performance is better, and the gloss value and Young's modulus are larger, 117.2 and 103.98 MPa respectively ; the optics and mechanical properties of the ternary PP membrane material are ideal. These show that the synthesis of membrane materials can be improved by controlling the content of erucic acid amide.
