大数据技术在潜在电费风险挖掘中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 由于中国市场经济不断壮大以及电力市场化改革向前迈进,供电企业将迎来新的机遇与挑战。由于长期发展,电费风险管控在供电企业管理过程中一直处于重要部分。近来,我们迎来了大数据时代,同时大数据技术在电商、金融等各行各业都获得了优异成果。国家电网在十三五规划中明确指出,运用大数据技术,改革创新出公司新的管理模式和运营模式,全面促进电网发展。本文基于大数据技术分析采集的数据,评估电费风险,还探讨出如何利用现有的技术进行大数据的采集、存储、处理及分析。运用应用场景反应出电费回收状况,挖掘出电费风险中存在的问题。 As China's market economy continues to expand and the electricity market reform is moving forward, the power supply enterprises will usher in new opportunities and challenges. Due to the long-term development, the risk control of electricity charges has been an important part of the management process of power supply enterprises. Recently,we ushered in the era of big data,while big data technology in the electricity supplier, finance and other industries have achieved outstanding results. The national grid in 13th Five-Year planning clearly pointed out that the use of big data technology, the reform and innovation of the company's new management mode and operation mode, comprehensively promote the development of power grid. Based on the data collected by the large data technology, this paper will evaluate the risk of electricity charges, and also discuss how to use the existing technology to collect, store, process and analyze large data. The application scenarios are used to reflect the status of electricity recovery and to find out the problems existing in the risk of electricity charges.
