摘要
[目的/意义]为了降低网络用户的效能负载力,提高网络用户满意度和网站网页的感知易用性。[方法/过程]从认知和运动(操作)两个视角解释了网络用户效能负载力的内涵,根据认知负载力和运动负载力的构成分析了网络用户效能负载力的影响因素,构建了网络用户效能负载力模型,提出优化网络用户效能负载力的策略。[结果/结论]设计的网络用户效能负载力模型和优化策略为网站网页在开发上降低用户负载的后续研究提供参考。[局限]在理论上探究了降低网络用户的效能负载力,对其影响因素的权重计量等还需深入分析和实证验证。
[ Purpose/significance] This paper aims to reduce network users' performance load, so the users' satisfaction and perceived ease of using web pages can be improved. [ Method/process] The paper describes the connotation of network users' per- formance load from the angles of cognition and kinematics. The influencing factors of network user' s performance load are analyzed based on the composition of cognitive load and kinematic Toad, and then a model of network users' performance load is established. Moreover, some optimization strategies to reduce the performance load of network users are put forward. [ Result/con- clusion] The performance load model of network users and optimization strategies can give references to following-up researches in developing website pages for relieving load. [ Limitations] The paper discusses how to reduce performance load in theory, but it needs to further analyze the factor weight and conduct empirical study of performance load.
