蕨麻原汁两种提取方法的最佳工艺比较 被引量:3

摘要 以青海省蕨麻为原料,比较浸提法与磨浆离心法两种提取方法,并获得最佳提取工艺。通过单因素试验研究料液比、温度、时间对两种提取方法提取效果的影响。然后,利用正交试验,优化最佳提取工艺条件。单因素试验与正交试验考核因素均为可溶性固形物得率和总黄酮得率。浸提法提取的最佳条件为浸提料液比为1∶35(g/m L),浸提温度为90℃,浸提时间为4 h,可溶性固形物得率为36.45%,总黄酮得率为4.49%;磨浆离心法提取的最佳条件为磨浆料液比1∶60(g/m L),磨浆时间10 min,磨浆用水温度90℃,可溶性固形物得率为75.46%,总黄酮得率为17.83%。两种方法最佳工艺进行比较,磨浆离心法比浸提法可溶性固形物得率提高39.16%,总黄酮得率提高13.44%。选择磨浆离心法来提取蕨麻原汁,具有较好的提取效果。 mTaking Qinghai province Potentilla anserine L. as raw materials,compared with two extraction methods:extraction method and grinding-slurry centrifugation method,and the optimum extraction process was ob-tained. Single factor experiment was carried out to study the extraction effects of the ratio of solid to liquid,tem-perature and time on the two kinds of extraction methods. Then orthogonal test was used to optimize the extractionprocess. The yield of soluble solids and total flavonoids were all the factors affecting the single factor test and theorthogonal test. The optimum extraction conditions of exaction method as extraction liquid ratio1 : 35 (g/mL),extraction temperature of 90 ℃,extraction time was 4h,the soluble solids yield was 36.45%, the yield of totalflavonoids was 4.49%; the optimum conditions for grinding-slurry centrifugation method were grinding-slurryratio1 : 60 (g/mL), grinding-slurry time 10 min, temperature of grinding-slurry water 90℃, soluble solids yield75.46%, and total flavonoids yield 17.83 %. Comparing the two methods of the best process, the yield of solublesolid was increased by 39.16%,and the total flavonoids yield was increased by 13.44 %. Conclusion:Choosinggrinding-slurry centrifugation method to extract the juice of Potentilla anserine L. had good extraction effect.
