摘要
目的:探讨多排螺旋CT三维后处理技术在四肢关节骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析在医院检查的53例已行普通X射线平片检查,且高度怀疑四肢关节骨折的患者资料,应用16排螺旋CT进行容积扫描和工作站三维多平面重建(MPR)和容积再现(VR)后处理技术重建。结果:根据横断位、MPR及VR图像进行综合判断,在53例病例中膝关节骨折18例,髋关节骨折11例,肘关节骨折11例,肩关节骨折6例,腕关节骨折7例。结论:多排螺旋CT及其后处理重建技术的MPR及VR图像可准确地诊断四肢关节骨折情况,其为临床提供丰富、科学和准确的信息依据。
Objective To investigate the application value of 3D post-processing technique of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis and treatment of joint fracture of limbs. Methods: The documents of 53 patients, who had been examined by using common X-ray and been high suspected with joint fracture of limbs, were analyzed by using retrospective analysis. And then 16 slice spiral CT was applied to carry out volume scan, 3D multi-planar reconstruction (MPR) of workstation and post-processing technique reconstruction of volume rendering (VR). Results: The comprehensive judgment depended on transverse position, MPR and VR image. And in 53 cases, 18 cases were fracture of knee joint, and 11 cases were fracture of hip joint, and 11 cases were fracture of elbow joint, and 6 cases were fracture of shoulder joint, and 7 cases were fracture of wrist joint. Conclusion: The multi-slice spiral CT, MPR and VR image that are produced by its post-processing technique can accurately diagnose the fracture of limbs. It can provide abundant, scientific and accurate information for clinical practice.
