摘要
为进一步确认超声、磁粉检测均有异常的钢板是否合格,利用渗透检测、金相组织观察、扫描电镜及能谱等方法对钢板进行分析,结果表明,钢板超声、磁粉检测出现异常的原因是内部存在偏析及非金属夹杂物,不存在影响使用性能的裂纹缺陷。
On this study, in order to confirm whether the steel plate was qualified, ahnomal ultrasonic and magnetic testing steel plate was studied by means of penetranttesting, metallurgical microscopy, straining electron microscope (SEM) and energy, dispersive spectrometer (EDS). It has been proved that not the crack hut the segregation and inclusion were the main cause of abnormal ultrasonic and magnetic testing.
