摘要
汽车前机舱盖设计受造型和性能双方面影响,文章在保证造型要求下从关闭状态下外板凹坑、外板凹陷刚度、行人头部撞击伤害值三因素分析,通过将机盖内板溃缩孔与机盖内板横向加强筋阶梯布置,机盖锁前移缩短外板支撑的跨距等方法,优化发动机罩结构,同时保证产品在行人保护法规中的得分要求。
The design of engine hood is affected by model and performance, in this paper, based on fulfill model requirement,author analyze surface depression, depression stiffness and pedestrian head crashing damage, optimize engine hood structureto ensure product scoring requirement of Pedestrian Protection Regulation by layer arrange horizontal strengthening rib ofhood inner plate shrinkage bore and hood inner plate.
