新建本科院校突破“围城之困”的理性思辨——基于教育依附理论的视阈 被引量:8

摘要 近年来,新建本科院校的转型发展取得了很大的成就,但也面临着不少困境,如办学定位不明确、专业建设过于保守、专业发展不均衡、"应用实践型"教师缺乏、可持续性发展动力不足等。要突破这些困境,积极促进新建本科院校的成功转型,就必须从学习、借鉴、超越等三个方向下手,采取有选择地"拿来"、立足自身,改变人才培养模式、协调发展、解放思想、打造特色专业、面向世界办学、利用"互联网+"的优势,创建创新创业人才培养公共服务平台等有效措施。 In recent years, great achievements have been made in the transformation and development of newly-buih undergraduate colleges, but many difficulties are also faced. For instance, the unclear positioning of the school, the conservative professional construction, the unbalanced professional development, the lack of "practical teachers", the lack of motivation for sustainable development, and so on. To break through these predicaments and actively promote the successful transformation of new undergraduate colleges and universities, we must start from the three directions of learning, borrowing and surpassing, and take effective measures such as selectively "using", based on ourselves and changing the model of mind, building specialized professions, running and creating innovative and pioneering personnel personnel training, coordinating development, emancipating the schools facing the world, utilizing the advantages of "Internet +" to cultivate public service platforms etc.
