摘要
放射性肺损伤包括早期放射性肺炎和晚期放射性肺纤维化,是间质性肺疾病中的一种。通过追溯肺痹和肺痿病名,分析其病因病机和治法方药,并结合现代文献,认为肺痹和肺痿相当于放射性肺损伤的早期和晚期的不同病理阶段,这有助于中医理论准确指导放射性肺损伤的治疗。
Radiation-induced lung injury includes early radiation-induced pneumonia and late radiation-induced pulmonary fibrosis,which is a kind of interstitial lung disease. By tracing back to the origin of lung paralysis and astrophic lung,analyzing its etiology,pathogenesis and therapeutic methods,and combining with modern literature,we find it equivalent to the early and late different pathological stages of radiation-induced lung injury,which would precisely help to guide the TCM theory to the treatment of radiation-induced lung injury.
