摘要
银杏内生菌Endo Gin Ya6发酵产生胞外多糖,提取后经过脱蛋白、透析、DEAE-52纤维素柱层析和Sephadex G-100凝胶柱层析,得到两种多糖组分EPS1-1和EPS2-1,对其进行抗氧化测定。结果表明,两种多糖均有一定的还原力和清除DPPH·、超氧阴离子和对羟自由基的能力,且对DPPH·的清除能力较强,当质量浓度达到0.1 mg/mL时,EPS1-1和EPS2-1对DPPH·的清除率分别达到34%和48%;EPS1-1的抗氧化性高于EPS1-1,但弱于VC。
Antioxidant activities of extracellular polysaccharide(EPS)from endophytic bacterium of Ginkgo bilobaendophytic Ya6(Endo Gin Ya6)were studied.EPS1-1 and EPS2-1 were separated from the extracellular polysaccharides after removing protein,dialyzing and separating by DEAE-52 and Sephadex G-100.The results of antioxidant activities showed that both of EPS1-1 and EPS2-1 had certain reducing power and the abilities of scavenging free radicals,such as DPPH·,O-2·and·OH.DPPH·scavenging rates of EPS1-1 and EPS2-1 could reach to 34% and 48% at the concentrations of0.1 mg/mL,and the total antioxidant activity of EPS2-1 was higher than that of EPS1-1,but lower than that of VC.
