摘要
健美操作为一项集音乐、舞蹈、体操于一体的现代运动,引入高校后受到了大学生的广泛喜爱。但是长期以来学生只是把健美操看作健美塑形的方式,忽视了健美操在提升其他能力方面的作用。健美操教学要丰富教学内容、创新教学方式、完善评价方式、更新教学设施,促进学生多元智能的发展。
Aerobics as the modern exercise integrating music and dance with gymnastics has been widely loved by university students after it is introduced into universities. But for a long time, students only regard aerobics as the way of bodybuilding and shaping, ignoring the role of aerobics in promoting other abilities. In aerobics teaching it is necessary to enrich teaching contents, innovate teaching methods, perfect evaluation methods and update teaching facilities so as to promote the development of students' multiple intelligences.
