摘要
目的:探讨品管圈活动在放射科CT/MR检查中缩短等待时间的应用。方法:选取2015年9月未开展品管圈活动前CT、MR检查患者400例作为对照组,2015年12月开展品管圈活动后CT、MR检查患者400例作为试验组。将两组患者各自的检查等待时间进行比较。结果:经过品管圈活动实施,患者检查平均等候时间明显少于实施前。结论:品管圈活动的实施可有效缩短患者检查等待时间,优化检查流程,候诊环境安静有序。
Objective： To explore the application of quality control circle activity in shortening the waiting time of CT/MR examination in radiology department. Methods： 400 cases were selected as control group before CT and MR were ex- amined in September 2015, and 400 cases of patients with CT and MR after December 2015 were selected as control group. The waiting time was compared between the two groups of patients. Results： the average waiting time of the patients was sig- nificantly less than that before the implementation of the quality control circle. Conclusion： the implementation of QCC can effectively shorten the patient waiting time, optimize the inspection process, the waiting environment quiet and orderly.
