摘要
介绍了国内某厂采用50tEAF-LF-VD-CC流程生产高品质弹簧扁钢的工艺。通过降低P、S、Cu、Ni等不利元素含量的上限,添加适量Cr、Al或Nb等合金元素,并经18架平立交替连续轧机热轧生产弹簧扁钢,其表面质量及尺寸、力学性能、低倍组织、非金属夹杂、金相组织等指标良好,尤其是氧化脱碳控制优良,脱碳层深度不到钢材厚度的1%;添加了微量Nb的弹簧扁钢强度和韧性均有明显提高。该弹簧扁钢的金相组织主要为珠光体和铁素体,珠光体片层间距相对于不含Nb钢更为细小。
Production technologies of high quality spring flat steel produced by 50 tEAF-LF-VD-CC process were introduced.By reducing the upper limit of P,S,Cu,Ni and other harmful elements content,adding appropriate amount of Cr,Al or Nb and other alloy elements,the spring flat steel was produced by rolling with 18 racks of horizontal vertical alternate continuous mill,its surface quality,size,mechanical properties,macrostructures,non-metallic inclusion,metallographic structure and other indicators were good in performance.Especially in the control of oxidation decarburization,the decarburization layer depth was less than 1%of the steel thickness.Strength and toughness of the spring flat steel with Nb were enhanced obviously.Microstructures of spring flat steel were mainly pearlite and ferrite.Compared with non Nb steels,the pearlite lamellar spacing of Nb steels was smaller.
