摘要
对高炉湿法喷补料的性能和使用技术开展了研究。目前国内高炉炉身用喷补料多为水泥结合,而炉腹、炉缸等部位的喷补料多为溶胶结合;喷补料的性能多采用浇注料的测试方法测定,与喷补料的实际使用状况有差异。研究表明,喷补料的流动性和泵送性能决定喷补过程的顺畅性,而促凝剂的选用决定了溶胶结合喷涂料的初始强度。高炉湿法喷补技术的良好应用对于高炉大中修后冷却壁保护和提高炉衬使用寿命具有重要意义。
The properties and service technology of wet gunning materials used in blast furnace were studied.At present the gunning materials used in blast furnace body are bonded with cement,and the gunning materials used in blast furnace stomach or bottom are bonded with sol.The properties of wet gunning materials were tested by the standard for castables,it was different from the actual service situation.Results show that smoothness of gunning process was determined by the properties of effluence and pump transport for gunning materials,and initial strength of gunning materials bonded with sol was determined by the selection of coagulants.Good application of wet gunning technology in blast furnaces is very important to protect the water cooling stave and increase the service life of lining after overhaul and medium repair for the blast furnace.
