摘要
化工生产塔设备、换热器及管线因结有FeS垢,影响产品质量和安全生产的运行。常规的清洗会产生大量H_2S、SO_2有毒气体,极易发生中毒事故,为此,我们研发了硫化亚铁垢中性络合清洗剂,通过多个清洗现场的实际应用,清洗硫化亚铁垢时不产生H_2S、SO_2气体,获得良好的清洗效果。
Chemical production tower equipment,heat exchangers and pipelines are affected by FeS scale,affecting product quality and safe operation. Conventional cleaning will produce a large number of H_2S,SO_2 toxic gases,prone to poisoning accidents,therefore,we developed a neutralized complex sulfide scavenger cleaning agent,through the practical application of a number of cleaning the scene,when cleaning the scale of ferrous sulfide Do not produce H_2S,SO_2 gas,get a good cleaning effect.
