摘要
采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法对CBA裁判员队伍现状进行调查。结果显示:裁判员队伍数量逐渐壮大,但裁判员队伍兼职身份比例较大,裁判员整体素质有待提升。CBA裁判员职业化发展中存在的问题有:裁判员管理体制不完善;薪金和社会保障水平无法满足;裁判员职业道德和业务能力亟待提升;不合理的培训体系制约裁判员的发展。建议:设立CBA联赛裁判员专门管理运行机构;建立完善的裁判员培训体系;重视高等体育院校学生裁判员的培养。
Using the method of literature, expert interviews, logical analysis method to analyze the current situation of referee CBA, according to the existing CBA referee occupation in the development, the author puts for-ward the countermeasure of the development of the CBA occupation. The results show that : referee CBA competi- tion belongs to "part-time", the number of referees has reached the requirements of the league, but the overall "quality" can not meet the needs of the league. The problems in the development of the CBA Occupation: the management system is not perfect; the salary and social security level can not meet the initial motivation to change the referee occupation; the occupation morality and business ability needs to be improved; the development of system of training and selection of unreasonable restriction of referee. Development Countermeasures : set up CBA League referee special management organization; establish reasonable referee selection system and training system ; pay attention to the training of student referees in sports colleges and universities.
