摘要
定向上料机构能够有效提高槟榔切片机的工作效率和稳定性,广泛应用于食用槟榔深加工领域。针对食用槟榔切片机的定向上料机构,对影响作业效率和成功率的工作参数进行研究。首先分析槟榔输送过程中的受力,构建主要作参数与滑移速度之间的解析关系,然后利用EDEM仿真软件,分析影响槟榔上料成功率的因素,最后结合二次回归组合试验,利用统计分析软件DPS v7.05对槟榔上料试验结果进行分析优化,确定出最优工作参数:输送板振动幅度为9mm,振动频率为2.7Hz,输送板倾角为13°,振动方向角为45°。试验结果表明上料效率大于93%,误差值小于3%,有效提高上料效率和成功率。该研究结果能够为槟榔自动化输送作业以及相关物料输送机的研制与开发提供参考。
Directional feeding mechanism can effectively improve the working efficiency, and stability of areca slicer, and thus it is widely used in the field of deep processing. In this paper, the working parameters related to the working efficiency and success rate are presented. The force in the process of betel nut transportation is first analyzed, and the relationship between the working parameters and slipping speed is es- tablished. The success rate of the betel nut feeding is then observed using EDEM software. Finally, the test results of betel nut feeding are an- alyzed and optimized by using DPS v7. 05, and the optimum working parameters are determined: the vibration amplitude is 9 millimeters the vibration frequency is 2.7Hz, Conveying plate inclination is 3 degrees, vibration direction angle is 5 degrees. The results show that the feeding efficiency is more than 93 %, and the error is below 3 %, effectively raising the feeding efficiency and success rate, It can provide reference for the automatic transportation of betel nut and development of related material conveyor.
