摘要
近年来,双酚类化合物在好氧条件下的生物降解已取得很大进展,许多细菌、真菌和藻类都具有很好的双酚类化合物降解能力。在厌氧条件下,也发现卤代双酚类化合物能够脱卤及进一步降解。总结概述了目前双酚类化合物的生物降解特性及降解途径,为深入研究双酚类化合物的生物降解机理提供参考。
In recent years,biodegradation of bisphenols under aerobic conditions has made great progress,and many microbes,such as bacteria,fungi,algae,etc.have had good biodegradability.It is also found that halogenated bisphenols can be dehalogenated and further degraded under anaerobic conditions.The biodegradation characteristics and pathways of bisphenols are summarized,providing reference for further study on the biodegradation mechanism of bisphenols.
