Influence of occupational exposure noise on workers' electrocardiogram

摘要 目的:探讨职业接触噪声对劳动者心电图的影响。方法:收集2016年1月至12月进行健康体检的某企业186名在噪声环境下工作的员工资料,将其纳入噪声接触组,选取同期100名该企业非噪声环境下工作的员工,纳入非噪声组,对比两组职工的心电图结果。结果:噪声接触组有64人出现心电图异常,心电图异常率为34.4%(64/186),非噪声组有8人出现心电图异常,心电图异常率为8.0%(8/100),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);噪声接触组的64名心电图异常职工中有31人为男性,占48.4%,有33人为女性,占51.6%,男女所占比例比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);噪声接触组的64名心电图异常职工进行工龄划分,工龄越长出现心电图异常的职工人数越多。结论:职业接触噪声会增加劳动者的心电图异常率,并且接触的噪声时间越长所引发的心电图异常率也越高,但心电图异常率与患者的性别无关。 Objective: To investigate the influence of occupational exposure noise on workers' electrocardiograms (ECG) . Methods: 186 workers working in the noisy environment of a certain enterprise who had physical examinations from January 2016 to December 2016 were chosen as the noise exposure group and 100 workers working in the non -noisy environment of the same enterprise as the non -noise exposure group, with the ECG of the two groups compared and analyzed. Results:64 people showed abnormal ECG in the noise exposure group, the electrocardiogram abnormal rate being 34.4 % ( 64/186 ). 8 people showed abnormal ECG in the non - noise group, the electrocardiogram abnormal rate being 8 % (8/100). The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Among 64 ECG abnormalities in the noise exposure group, 31 were male, accounting for 48.4 %. and 33 were female, accounting for 51.6 % , the difference being not statistically significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). Among the 64 abnormal ECG workers in the noise exposure group, the longer the length of service, the more workers were abnormal in ECG. Conclusion:Occupational exposure noise increases the abnormal rate of ECG in workers, and the longer the exposure time, the higher the abnormal rate of ECG, but the abnormal rate of ECG has nothing to do with the sex of the patients.
