摘要
目的:研究小组多站式考评模式在临床医学专业毕业技能考核中的应用。方法:通过小组多站式考评模式在临床医学专业毕业技能考核中的应用和问卷的调查,对结果进行统计分析。结果:基本技能操作成绩(8.41±3.27)分,高于辅助检查判读站的(5.46±2.28)分和病史采集站的(6.75±2.31)分(P<0.05),说明学生只重视基本技能训练,忽视了病史采集和辅助检查判读知识的掌握;调查存在的问题有:学生缺乏自信,考试需要增加站点、增加综合性试题、补充标准化病人等。结论:师生均较认可这种考核的办法,有必要全面推广。
Objective: To investigate the application of team multiple sites evaluation model in graduation skill assessment of clinical medicine ~ Methods: The results were statistically analyzed by the application and a questionnaire survey of team multiple sites evaluation in graduation skill assessment of clinical medicine. Results: The score of the basic skills was (8.41 ± 3.27 ) points, which was higher than that of the auxiliary examination site (5.46 ± 2.28 ) and that of the medical history collection site (6.75 ± 2.31 ) ( P 〈 0.05 ). The results indicate that students only pay attention to the basic skill training, hut ignore the knowledge of medical history acquisition and auxiliary examinations. There are some problems in the investigation, such as self - distrust, setting up more sites, adding more comprehensive examinations, supplementing standardized patients and so on. Conclusion: Both teachers and students approve of this kind of evaluation, so it is necessary to popularize it in all aspects.
