介绍了冷干机的工作原理,针对仪表空气露点升高的问题进行原因分析和故障排查,确认了制冷压缩机的故障点,排除生产隐患,从而保证装置的安全稳定运行。
This paper introduces the working principle of refrigeration dryer,analyzes the reasons for the rising of instrument＇s air dew point. By comparing and testing different malfunction points of the refrigeration compressor, the paper tries to find out actual reasons for a safety and stable operation of the device.
