摘要
近年来,我国抽水蓄能电站发展迅速,截至2017年5月,我国已成为世界上抽水蓄能电站装机容量最大的国家。然而,随着抽水蓄能电站规模的日益增大,其施工过程中带来的水土流失问题也日益突出,若不妥善防治,不仅对周边生态环境、景观和水系等产生不利影响,而且会影响建成后电站旅游业的发展。针对抽水蓄能电站的水土流失问题,在分析抽水蓄能电站水土流失特点及危害的基础上,提出水土保持措施设计思路,并对不同的防治分区分别制定了有针对性的水土保持措施,以期达到防治水土流失的目的。
The development of pumped storage power station in China is rapidly in recent years. As of May 2017,China has become the maximum installed capacity of pumped storage power station in the world. However,along with the increasing of pumped storage power station scale,the soil and water loss problems caused by construction also have become increasingly prominent. If it is not properly controlled,it will not only have negative effects on eco-environment,landscape and water system of neighboring areas,but also affect the development of power station tourism after the completion. Aiming at the problem of soil and water loss of pumped storage power station and based on the analysis of the characteristics and harms of soil and water loss of the station,the paper proposed the design ideas of soil and water conservation measures and formulated targeted measures for different control sub-regions in order to achieve the purpose of soil and water loss prevention and control.
