摘要 目的研究羟丙甲基纤维素(HPMC E3)对解决大枣提取液喷雾干燥热熔型粘壁的效果。方法在大枣提取液中加入一定比例的HPMC E3进行喷雾干燥,观察HPMC E3对决定喷雾干燥粘壁效果的作用,同时喷雾干燥的工艺进行优化,并通过对喷雾干燥粉体关键物理性质的表征评价优化效果。结果大枣提取液中添加占干膏量8%的HPMC E3,在工艺为进风温度120℃,雾化压力1.05 bar,进液体积流量4.5 mL/min的条件下进行喷雾干燥,可有效改善热熔型粘壁问题。结论 HPMC E3对改善大枣提取液喷雾干燥热熔型粘壁非常有效。 Objective To study the effect of hypromellose E3 (HPMC E3) on the inching wall sticking of Fructus Jujubae Extractum during spray drying. Methods A certain percentage of HPMC E3 were added to the total Fructus Ju- jubae Extractum to conduct the spray drying. The effect of HPMC E3 against the wall sticking effect of the spray drying was studied. Moreover, the spray drying parameters were investigated. The optimized effect was evaluated by the characterization of the critical physical attributes of the spray drying powder. Results The best formula consisted of 8% HPMC E3, and the optimal spray-drying parameters we,re composed of inlet air temperature of 120℃,1.05 bar atomization pressure, and 4.5 mL/min pump speed, respectively. Conclusion HPMC E3 is a vital role in improving the melting wall sticking of Fructus Jujubae Extractum.
