摘要
采集某轿车车门曲面的点云数据,利用三维建模软件的逆向建模功能建立了该车门的三维模型,并且进行了网格划分,计算了该车门的前4阶模态,得到其固有频率和振型。分析发现该车门能避开路面激励振动频率,但在发动机常用转速激励下容易发生共振。
The point cloud data of a ear door surface were acquired. The 3D model of the door was built by using the reverse modeling function of the 3D modeling software. Then, the model was meshed. The first four modes of the car door were calculated. It' s natural frequencies and modes were obtained. It is found that the car door can avoid the vibration frequency excited by the road surface, but it is easy to resonate when the engine is rotated at usual speed.
