摘要
目的:基于胜任力探讨康复护理人员继续教育需求。方法:通过文献回顾相关理论,以胜任力为基准制定康复护理人员继续教育需求调查问卷,应用德尔菲法进行函询。结果:两轮函询后专家意见趋于一致,专家权威系数为0.87,两轮后Kendall's W为0.301。最终围绕5个胜任力维度构建了62项二级指标的继续教育需求。结论:应用德尔菲法得出的基于胜任力的康复护理人员继续教育需求具有较高的科学性和可靠性,对于培养康复护理人员及康复护理教育具有重要的意义。
Objective To discuss the requirements of continuing education based on competency in rehabilitation nursing staff. Methods： Through literature review of relevant theories, the competency was used as the benchmark to develop the questionnaire of continuing education requirement for the rehabilitation nursing staff and the Delphi method was used for correspondence. Results： After tworound consultation, the experts opinions tended to be consistent, and the expert authority coefficient and Kendall＇s W coefficient were 0.87 and 0.301 respectively. Then constructed 62 secondary indexes to surround 5 competency dimensions. Conclusion： The study of continuing education requirements based on competency in rehabilitation nurses has high scientificity and reliability through Delphi method, which has great important meaning to cultivate rehabilitation nursing staff and rehabilitation nursing education.
