摘要
针对矿井瓦斯监测传感器调校周期短、布线制约因素多及系统信号传输丢失率高等问题,提出一种新型瓦斯无线传感系统设计方法,系统主要采用Zigbee无线便携采集与CAN通信节点。通过井下数据中转站发送、瓦斯传感器校验及参数动态设定,上位机能够及时了解传感器状态,同时还能够实现传感器动态调整与修正。
Aiming at the problem of short training cycle, wiring constraints and high signal loss rate, a new gas wireless sensor system design method is proposed. The system mainly adopts Zigbee wireless portable acquisition and CAN communication node. Sent through the underground data transfer station, gas sensor calibration and dynamic parameter settings, the position can be timely understanding of the sensor status, but also to achieve the sensor dynamic adjustment and correction.
