摘要
为了探求粗颗粒常规浓度水煤浆的储存特性,在实验室条件下,依据搅拌器桨叶尖端线速度相等的原则,模拟粗颗粒常规浓度水煤浆的储存条件。依据该模拟条件安排水煤浆搅拌试验。根据试验得出的水煤浆的粒度变化规律和XRD试验分析煤样中伴生矿物种类的结果,分析粒度变化的原因,得出储存过程中的泥化特性对粗颗粒常规浓度水煤浆储存工艺和输送安全影响的结论,并对粗颗粒常规浓度水煤浆的储存工艺提出合理化建议。
Aims at getting the research of the storage characteristics of routine coarse particle concentration coal slurry. Based on the rule of agitator tip end line equal speed, it simulates the storage condition of routine coarse particle concentration coal slurry in the laboratory. And perform the coal slurry mixing experiments under the simulation conditions. With the result of coal slurry particle size change regularity and XRD test analysis type associated minerals in the coal sample, analyzing the cause of size change, therefore getting the conclusion of the influence by the clay characteristics were under the storage to the coarse particle concentration coal slurry storage technology and transportation safety. In the same time, giving rationalization proposal to the storage process of the routine coarse particle concentration coal slurry.
